I wore this kimono in Kyoto. It was in August. I had the choice between wearing a yukata and kimono. E very nice Japanese lady told me that even though kimono were very hot to wear in summer, they were the most beautiful. I didn't regret my choice. Kimono are indeed beautiful and just so elegant.
