I am very satisfied with the kimono, jacket, hakama and accessories that I bought from this store. Process from payment to delivery to my adress in Slovakia was very fast and without any issues. It took 6 days in total which is very satisfied to me. The kimono, oh, I cannot express my satisfaction. It’s beautiful, comfortable to wear and very stylish. In real life it looks better than I thought. Thank you very much for the precision how the ordered products were stored in the box. There were no air waste, everything was folded properly and with logic which I very appreciate. The material is nice, just as described, there is no Temu-like materials. The picture inside of the jacket looks gorgeous and I don’t see any problems, flakes or second-hand look. The feeling when I wore this set was unbelievable. It took me a long time to wear all of it, because it was my first time wearing kimono but after that the walk was comfortable. Totally satisfied. I am honored that this beautiful kimono can be worn by an european man. I hope that I will be using this kimono properly with respect as it deserve. Thank you.

At a height of about 6'4" I confess that I was a little worried about ordering a kimono without having tried it on first. Once it arrived, however, it didn't take long to learn the fit was perfect, and I couldn't be happier! The sleeves of both the kimono and the haori were long enough for my arms, and the XL hakama pants matched my height and build very well. Couple that with the very comfortable and breathable silk material of the kimono and jacket, and I am beyond satisfied with my purchase!

I bought this set as a Christmas gift for my son, who picked it out himself. The customer service was excellent--I had a few questions as we were choosing what to buy, and the responses were quick, helpful, and friendly. We chose the expedited shipping due to needing it by a certain date, so I was a little worried when there was a delay in it leaving Japan due to the holidays, but then it got here unbelievably fast once it left Japan so it was no problem. Most importantly, my son loves the set. The quality is absolutely excellent, and it's just really lovely. He's thrilled with it. Great shopping experience.
