This Nagoya obi was part of the warehouse sale so it was very inexpensive. There are a few small stains but they are not noticeable when the obi is tied. It’s just so pretty, I love the medallion design and the way it catches the light ✨ also the Nagoya obi is very easy to tie which is very nice for a beginner like me!

The obi came in an earlier than expected. The packaging was nice and the obi is beautiful.
I selected this for one of my kurotomesode which has a pattern with similar colours. The embroidery pattern features hexagonal shapes, which I read symbolizes turtle shell and a long life like a turtle. Also, samurai armor has some hexagonal shapes on it, which makes it even cooler. 😊 The quality and condition is great and I'm looking forward to learn how to tie some obi knots!
