The cotton material is good quality, the colours are clear and vibrant. Design as attractive as picture on website.
Size works well for me (usually about size 20), good overlap.
I will take up about 6 " as I am 5' 3" tall.
I wear Yalata as a summer dressing gown.
I am very pleased with purchase.
I was looking for a pull size yukata. Very cute and elegant, I love it.
I ordered a plus-size yukata, because I don’t have the typical body type of my nationality. I wear a larger top and don’t fit in most clothing from overseas.
The yukata I ordered has beautiful colors & a pleasant pattern. It was also a lot larger than I thought it would be; now I’m wondering if a regular kimono/yukata would still fit me. I had a lot of fabric to wrap around me and am glad I was gifted the inner belt to adjust the length.
Right now there’s not a lot of occasions for me to wear a yukata here in the U.S, but I am looking forward to purchasing from this shop again
Washed it when I got it because the fabric was stiff. Came out great and fits nicely.
I'm big. 6' tall and about 360 pounds. I thought it would just barely fit looking at the measurements, but upon receipt I realized the measurements are of the actual material, not the size of person they're intended for. My 53" girth around the bust and hips creates some issues with fit.
That said, the material is absolutely beautiful. And the size issue has inspired me to work a little bit harder to lose some weight before visiting Shinjuku and Hiroshima this upcoming spring. I'm not sure if given my figure I'll be able to lose enough to get a fit out of it, but that's an issue for another time. The craftsmanship and materials are quite nice, the packaging was great, I guess I just need to ask for a PLUS PLUS size.
