NOTE:Shipping fee to Japan is uniformly 10 US$. Delivery times to Japan is 1-3 days.

Custom Duties

Please remember that you may be charged customs duties when you receive your package. They vary by country. If you have any concerns about customs duties, please ask your local customs office.

Ttacking your Package

1. Go to the Japan Post website.
2. Enter your tracking number into the search box and click the button "Go".
3. You can check the status.

*An order less than $30 CANNOT be tracked since it is shipped without a tracking number.

NOTE

Please keep in mind that actual delivery time frames may vary by destination, service delays, holidays, etc.

In case you are away from home when your local post office delivers your package,
please request redelivery as soon as possible. If you don't ask them for redelivery, your package will be sent back to Japan.

Sometimes the post office doesn't leave a missed delivery notice, so please check the delivery status on the Japan Post website if you don't get your package in 4 days after your purchase.?
